- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support the head chef or kitchen manager in daily operations, including inventory management and stock rotation.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of menu items.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
