Purpose :
To use best practices and technology within a community-based residential setting to support and stabilize youth with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). To plan and implement Child / Family Team (CFT) interventions and schedule milieu staff to assist youth in building skills needed to move to a less restrictive Intensity of Service (IOS).
Requirements :
- Master's Degree and three years' experience in the I / DD field, at least one year of which shall be in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy.
- The ability to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds.
- The ability to sit, bend, squat, reach, and stand for several hours at a time.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally (in English), and non-verbally when necessary (specific to Youth communication abilities).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle and home maintenance.
