$30 per hour
Full time and Part time position (Remote)
Weekend Shifts available
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will provide timely and effective support to our clients through various chat channels. This is a remote, work-from-home position, allowing for a flexible and comfortable work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to chat inquiries from clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support tickets
- Proactively suggest improvements to our chat support system and processes
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with navigating and troubleshooting various computer systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
