Full time or Part time (Hybrid)

Weekend shifts available

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a virtual environment. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients receive prompt and efficient support and leave each interaction with a positive impression of our company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively, utilizing company resources and policies
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Identify and escalate urgent customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Educate customers on products and services, and provide recommendations and solutions to meet their needs
  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and resolve any recurring issues or challenges
  • Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures to be able to provide accurate and efficient support to customers
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
