As a Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing our company's data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for various departments and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and enter data from various sources into our company's database- Perform regular data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies
- Develop and maintain data management policies and procedures
- Support data-driven decision making by creating reports and visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new data systems and tools
- Monitor and maintain data integrity and security
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience- 2 years of experience in data management or a related field
- Proficient in data entry and management software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Access)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations is a plus
