Position Overview:
As a Remote Telechat Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assisting with inquiries or concerns related to our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions accurately and create detailed service tickets
- Communicate with customers via various mediums including live chat, email, and phone
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in our services to provide accurate information to customers
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the team leader or manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with using different computer software and tools
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a quiet environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
