We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Record Clerk to join our Records Management team. The Record Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities:
- File and maintain records in an organized manner
- Retrieve records as needed for internal and external requests
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Assist with record retention and disposal processes
- Scan and digitize physical records for electronic storage
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in records management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management software
