Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Tele Chat/Live Chat Support Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and enjoys helping others. In this role, you will assist clients with technical support through our tele chat and live chat platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to clients’ inquiries and technical issues promptly through tele chat or live chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with various software and applications
- Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on how to best utilize our services
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Document and maintain detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions
- Identify and report any recurring technical issues to the development team for resolution
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in our tele chat/live chat support process and offer recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
- Adhere to company standards and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and technical support
- Proficient in using various computer programs and applications
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Knowledge of coding and programming is a plus
