Job Description:
Delivers the full range of learning and development activities within a primary focus of site support that includes assessment, planning, design, delivery and evaluation services. Responsible for system wide support as assigned.
Principle Responsibilities

Participates in designing the action plan for specific site initiatives that support the strategic plan with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Participates in the continuous assessment, prioritization and revision of the plan.
- Supports the implementation and communication of standard site and system learning solutions at the site.

Design of site learning solutions for assigned initiatives that includes assessment, planning, design, implementation and evaluation utilizing professional standards.
- Gathers and analyzes data to use as evidence for program planning, design, implementation and evaluation.
- Recommends appropriate methodologies for delivery and applies adults learning principles.
- Supports the implementation process for learning and solutions at the site.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the solution and address those findings within the given initiative.
- Makes recommendations to the site manager around prioritization or change in tactical plans.
- Provides consultation to site leaders, content experts and processional staff.

Facilitates the delivery of assigned learning solutions.
- Applies adult learning principles.
- Evaluates immediate learner response and acts to mitigates issues and reports follow up needs to leader.

Provides a broad range of consultation around the design of learning solutions to leaders, staff and content experts within the site.
- Integrates knowledge and expertise inclusive to professional learning and development standards as well as regulatory and compliance requirements when consulting or designing learning solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, education or related field
- 2 to 5 years of learning and development experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a health care setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree

Additional Job Description:
- Hybrid role with a mix of remote and on-site work.
- 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week), averaging 8-hour shifts.
- No weekends, no major holidays
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate business and training needs.
- Experience in curriculum development and public speaking.
- Lead engaging presentations and training sessions for healthcare teams.
- Must be willing to travel to metro and regional locations as needed to support education and training efforts.
Pay Range:
Pay Range: $37.67 to $51.63 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
