Job Description :
Will provide clinical anesthesia services while leading the Anesthesiology Clinical Service Line. The leader will ensure the quality, safety, and optimization of anesthesia care within the hospital system and surgery centers. The role requires strong collaboration with hospital, institute, and service line leaders, as well as both independent and employed anesthesia providers.
Will be performed across multiple hospital and surgery center locations, requiring occasional travel within the system. There are on-call responsibilities for clinical anesthesia duties and emergency care.
Principle Responsibilities

Provide clinical anesthesia services as outlined in the Anesthesiologist job description
Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving the quality of anesthesia care throughout the organization in both the acute care settings and surgery centers.
Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration among all staff involved in the anesthesia care process.

Pay Range : $500,000 to $600,000 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
