We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing excellent dental care and promoting a positive image of our company. As a key member of our team, you will participate in morning huddles, plan daily tasks, and acknowledge the efforts of your colleagues.
The successful candidate will have a DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program and a valid license to practice dentistry in relevant states or eligibility for licensure. We also require certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (in applicable states).
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200,000 with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, 401(k), and more.
