Dental Hygienist at Allington Dental & Braces
The Dental Hygienist role involves delivering quality and compassionate dental care to patients under the supervision of a dentist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, taking x-rays, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Delivering direct patient care to patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Providing excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care.
- Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history.
- Guiding parents and patients through our entire treatment process.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
