Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient.
- Delivering direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Providing excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer same-day care.
- Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
- Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing patients' medical history.
- Responsible for adhering to all government regulations and company standards.
- Guiding parents and patients through our entire treatment process.
- Assisting with dental and perio charting when necessary.
- Taking x-rays and saving into patient charts when necessary.
- Providing memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for our patients and parents.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Current licensure as a dental hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire).
Salary : $55 - $65
