Your Role :
Engage with your community by participating in local events, school screenings, and presentations to promote our positive image.Participate in morning huddles to appreciate your peers and encourage examples of outstanding customer service and teamwork.Enjoy working with children, as they represent a significant portion of our patient base.Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families at check-in and check-out.Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.Greet families as they enter and leave the office.Keep waiting parents informed about appointment progress.Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area.Verify patient insurance eligibility before appointments and ensure details are accurate in the patient's file.Communicate service limits with the clinical team appropriately.Prepare patient files thoroughly before each appointment.Collaborate with the Clinical Team Leader and Doctors to facilitate same-day care for patients.Help meet office financial targets by keeping hygiene and operatory schedules full.Schedule follow-up appointments and six-month recalls for patients.Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member, taking messages as needed.Conduct outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule missed visits, and follow up on necessary treatments.Re-file patient records accurately at the end of the day.Adhere to all governmental regulations and company compliance programs with integrity.Communicate about and collect any out-of-pocket balances from patients prior to treatment.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Graduated from high school or have a GED equivalent.Previous experience in a dental or healthcare office is preferred.Experience with children's dentistry is a plus.We Offer :
