Customer Service Agent

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Agent (CSA) plays a vital role in supporting the dental care of service members. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling advanced dental treatment appointments for service members who are unable to receive care during monthly group events. Procedures commonly scheduled include fillings, extractions, root canals, and other necessary treatments.

This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schedule dental treatment appointments for service members.

• Receive inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding dental care scheduling.

• Coordinate appointment times with dental providers and service members.

• Accurately enter and update information into internal databases and scheduling systems.

• Follow up on pending or rescheduled appointments as needed.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.

• Meet productivity and quality standards for call handling and data entry.

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure continuity of care and scheduling accuracy.
