What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Supervisor position at Allis?
An Account Supervisor who will act as day-to-day lead across Allis’ a select roster of clients driving best-in-class service, leading team collaboration and amplifying high-end creative ideas. They’ll be responsible for developing strong, long-term client relationships, understanding client businesses and communication objectives, and strategically executing project deliverables - all while being both financially accountable and proactive. They will be a cultural maven, plugged into the creative industry with a finger on the pulse of what’s new and what’s next.
Objectives:
- Maintain organization across select hospitality and real estate clients and projects, acting as the main source for account logistics while reporting to the Account Director
- Stay ahead of creative resourcing needs and provide necessary support to brief, co-ordinate and manage projects effectively
- Maintain standardized documentation (burn reporting, scoping, timelines, etc.) on all accounts for consistent coordination
- Keep teams on-task and positive about project progress
- Source and seek both organic growth opportunities with existing clients as well as new leads for new partners

Client Services:
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Able to drive and navigate client conversations, acting as the primary point of contact for multiple accounts
- Able to remain strategic while also executing against planned tactics
- Strong business acumen, with experience driving profitable accounts and balancing budgets
- Understands how to balance the needs of the team, the clients, and the agency with good judgement and grace
- Proven track record actively growing accounts through client partnerships & interaction
- Strong presentation skills, being able to confidently own the room
Creative:

Project Management:
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects, including brand identity development, branded content campaigns, asset creation (photography, brand films, animation & motion graphics) and experience with both digital & print mediums
- Experience with project management tools and adherence to project timelines, with an understanding that flexibility adaptability are core to what we do
- Work with Allis Leadership to ensure accurate resource allocation, project timelines and scope of work development
- Experience working with outside vendors including production houses, photographers, printers, illustrators, environmental fabricators, web/app developers, etc.
Financial:
- Work with Allis Leadership to understand project profitability and project reconciliations on a company level
- Responsible for the financial contributions of multiple client businesses including revenue, resource allocation, invoicing, and contract negotiations/development
- Ability to coordinate project estimates, managing costs against client-approved budgets while providing solution-orientated outcomes for any foreseen disparities
Background:
- 4-6 years working within a brand, design, digital or creative agency
- A passion for and knowledge of luxury branding & design
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multitask quickly and execute flawlessly
- Experience in delivering inspiring, impactful work while managing multiple projects & clients
- Advanced organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive; experience with Basecamp, TeamGannt, or other project management tools ideal but not a must-have
- Must be in Portland, OR (in studio Tuesday - Thursday)
