Electrical Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Skills

• Experience in project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ability to manage teams efficiently while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on building effective solutions for challenges encountered on-site.
• Understanding of pipeline construction processes is beneficial.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
