Job Responsibilities
- A member of the construction leadership team reporting to Allison Offshore Supervisor and acts as a liaison with customer representative.
- Provides leadership in safe execution of work offshore and supervises multi-skilled work crew including welders, fitters, crane operators and riggers.
- Coordinates daily work task for construction crew.
- Conduct and audit JSA’s and all other Safety, Health and Environmental Processes.
- Adequate Tool House Inventory and Materials Management for job scope.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive offshore construction experience with demonstrable experience in Welding or Fitting or other offshore construction skilled trade.
- Must be able to pull measurements and draw isometric drawings.
- Competence in supervising and leading others.
- Experienced in conducting job scopes and preparing pricing for customer preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products for reporting and correspondence.
