We are a full-service Lawn & Landscape company that has been serving the Metro Detroit area. We are hiring a Sales team specialist to join our growing team. Our Sales Team Specialist must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the green industry. You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the sales process. You will ensure that you and your staff meet and exceed our standards for excellent customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating efficiently and cooperatively with all departments, to meet and exceed yearly sales goals along with managing the team.
Responsibilities:
· Directly assist the sales department
· Manage customer relationships - follow up with existing and potential clients for sales.
· Generate Leads.
· Communicating with clients to set up sales/design meetings.
· Coordinate with sales to send out invoicing, build quotes and ensure proper pricing.
· General client liaison/marketing.
· Creating and distributing prospect and client communications,
· Document Organization in LMN.
· The Sales Team Specialist will exhibit distinguished communication and people skills.
· Communicate with leads and clients via in person meetings, phone calls and emails regarding new and current work.
· Cultivate and maintain solid, long-term relationships with leads and existing clients.
· Schedule and attend appointments with leads and clients to determine property needs
· Electronically create both fixed pricing estimates and time and material estimates to send to leads and clients
· Schedule accepted estimates and prepare work orders for assigned team, both physical and electronic
· Perform routine site visits to ensure team productivity and performance, gauge quality standards of work are being met, and ensure client satisfaction.
· Verify information on work orders to ensure accuracy and team efficiencies
· Obtains profit contribution and establish business objectives.
· Manage project development from initiation to closure.
· Manage projects within the agreed budget, applying the defined change management processes when required.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in landscape operating procedures and management is a must.
· 2-3 Years of sales experience.
· A high school degree or GED is required.
· The candidate must be able to read and write English.
· The successful individual will have a working knowledge of standard vehicles, equipment, and shop practices.
· Good oral and written communication skills, job planning skills, and mechanical aptitude.
· Valid state driver's license, chauffer’s license and dot is a must and must be insurable by the company's agent.
