Overview
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager, Internal Employee Communications to lead and evolve our internal communications strategy, ensuring employees stay informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives. This role will be instrumental in shaping a transparent, connected, and engaging workplace culture.
As the Senior Manager, Internal Employee Communications, you will oversee key initiatives, including company-wide meetings, town halls, newsletters, and internal programming. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to create compelling communication strategies that inspire and inform our employees.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that aligns with company values and business goals.
- Lead and manage internal programming, including CEO Advisory sessions, company-wide calls, and town halls.
- Own the employee newsletter, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.
- Craft compelling internal communication materials for key company announcements in partnership with leadership and HR.
- Enhance employee engagement by increasing awareness around internal initiatives that promote connection and participation.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $110k-$130k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
