Allium Behavioral Services, LLC is dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 1-6 years old and their families, empowering them to thrive through effective behavior change in meaningful areas of their lives. Our clinic-based services allow for BCBA’s to maintain small caseloads and benefit from ongoing mentorship provided by our Clinical Director and co-owners.
We are currently seeking passionate BCBA's to join our team and help nurture the clinical skills of our thriving team of RBT’s. This is an in-person, clinic-based role, with limited remote opportunities. Daytime hours from 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Position Overview: We are looking to expand our team of BCBA’s to support our growing efforts in delivering high-quality services to more families in Baltimore and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be someone who:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing, writing, and conducting assessments for clients on your caseload.
- Providing direct 1:1 or group ABA therapy to clients.
- Training and supporting caregivers in the implementation of treatment plans.
- Adhering to ethical guidelines set by the BACB.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date treatment plans and protocols.
- Supervising and training RBTs, ensuring they implement treatment plans correctly.
- Reviewing and signing off on session notes and other documents created by RBTs.
- Conducting regular supervision (1:1 and group) to support professional development.
- Building positive relationships with clients and families, incorporating feedback into treatment plans.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation, including progress reports and graphs, is submitted on time.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- BCBA certification and Maryland Licensure in Behavior Analysis (LBA) are required.
- Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental delays, communication disorders, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
- Experience conducting assessments such as the Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and VB-MAPP. Ongoing mentorship is available for IISCA and Practical Functional Analysis (PFA).
- Familiarity with developmental milestones and age-appropriate goals for children.
- Experience with treatment plan development, clinical programming, and progress reports.
- Supervisory experience and completion of the 8-hour supervision course required by the BACB.
- Ability to work effectively with families and caregivers.
- Strong time management skills to balance direct client work, supervision, and other responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation for client travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $81,000-$91,000 per year, depending on experience.
