Change Management and Communications Consultant

We are seeking a Change Management and Communications Consultant to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding organizations through change, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and adoption of new technologies—particularly SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans to support SAP and enterprise technology implementations.
• Partner with project leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess organizational readiness and impact.
• Craft clear, engaging messaging across various formats and platforms (emails, presentations, FAQs, training materials, etc.).
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Support training strategies and create enablement materials aligned with business goals.
• Track engagement metrics and adjust plans as needed to improve adoption and communication effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise-level transformations, especially SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and digital collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
