We are seeking a Change Management and Communications Consultant to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding organizations through change, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and adoption of new technologies—particularly SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans to support SAP and enterprise technology implementations.
- Partner with project leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess organizational readiness and impact.
- Craft clear, engaging messaging across various formats and platforms (emails, presentations, FAQs, training materials, etc.).
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Support training strategies and create enablement materials aligned with business goals.
- Track engagement metrics and adjust plans as needed to improve adoption and communication effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in change management, organizational communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise-level transformations, especially SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and digital collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
