Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround time on work orders.
- Conduct periodic inspections of all units, buildings, and common areas to identify potential issues.
- Check lights and replace bulbs as necessary, ensuring adequate lighting in hallways, parking areas, and grounds.
- Verify that physical security measures are in place, including locked storage areas and entrances.
- Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by painting as required.
- Work weekends and share a rotating on-call schedule.
Requirements:
- HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
