This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all apartment units, including scheduling repairs and completing work orders as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct periodic inspections of all units, buildings, and common areas.
- Check lights and replace bulbs as necessary.
- Verify that physical security measures are in place.
- Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.
- Work weekends and share a rotating on-call schedule.
Requirements:
- HVAC certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
