A large managed care company is looking to fill a 9 Month Pharmacy Tech Contract to Hire position in Charlotte, NC, 28217

Pay Rate : $20 / hr (Paid weekly)

Work Hours : Monday-Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm with occasional mandatory OT and an occasional Saturday shift.

Is overtime or weekend work a requirement? Yes, there is intermittent MOT and a weekend rotation is required

Start Date : March 9th, 2025

End Date : December 31st, 2025

Responsibilities :

  • Process and fill prescription orders in preparation for pharmacist verification
  • Some packing and shipping of completed prescription orders to patients
  • Maintain drug inventory and automated dispensing units
  • Replenish workstation supplies for filling prescriptions as needed (includes vials, caps, labels, etc.)

Required Qualifications :

  • Yes, they need to be able to be registered with the NCBOP within 30 days of hire.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience and National Certification with PTCB or PTCE

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Any pharmacy technician experience will suffice. Self-motivated, fast paced worker.

    • Team : 21 Pharmacy Techs lead by 1 supervisor
