We are seeking skilled and highly motivated Field Service Technicians to join our team. This role involves traveling to client locations to conduct evaluations, installations, and servicing of various accessibility products, including stairlifts, modular ramps, elevators (VPL), vehicle lifts, patient lifts, lift chairs, scooters, automatic doors, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations, service, repairs, and installations for accessibility products such as aluminum ramps, stairlifts, and vertical platform lifts (VPL).
- Provide technical support to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and system failures using established troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure all work is completed with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of all installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to take precise measurements and perform mathematical calculations.
- Mechanical/Technical aptitude – must be able to perform quality installations and troubleshoot service issues effectively.
- Physical requirements – must be comfortable with kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 70 lbs. (occasionally more with assistance).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
