General Laborer
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking general laborers to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple positions within our company, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement within a well-respected local business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain rental equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assemble and test new equipment before delivery.
- Assist with the delivery and installation of accessibility and mobility equipment.
- Conduct in-home evaluations to determine appropriate equipment solutions for customers.
- Support warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Strong work ethic and professionalism—demonstrates respect and accountability in all interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and foster a positive workplace culture.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency (preferred: 1 year of experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to follow established procedures in a disciplined and consistent manner.
- Capability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Physical ability to lift and transport equipment safely.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist Field Technicians in the installation and maintenance of various accessibility equipment, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Gain hands-on training in the installation of stair lifts, ramps, vertical wheelchair lifts, and related products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skillset.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
