Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development projects, ensuring best practices throughout
  
  

the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Responsible for Architecture, development and testing to maintain scalable web
  
  

applications by handling both front-end and back-end components

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical
  
  

solutions, and deliver high-quality reliable web applications.

• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability, using effective coding
  
  

practices and tools.

• Create and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different
  
  

services and systems.

• Identify and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack, including UI, server,
  
  

and database layers.

• Ensure robust security measures are implemented across the application, focusing
  
  

on data protection and compliance.

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to validate functionality and reliability.
• Manage deployments, including setting up CI/CD pipelines for efficient release
  
  

cycles.

• Provide clear status updates and escalate issues promptly to ensure project timelines
  
  

are met.

• Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams, maintaining a
  
  

consistent delivery process.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7-10 years of professional experience in software development. Extensive experience in designing, building, and testing REST APIs in .NET applications (ASP.NET Core , MVC, Web API, WPF, Entity Framework etc.) Solid experience in database design (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL). Proficiency in security standards for .NET applications Proficiency in frontend frameworks like ReactJS or similar. Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, API design, cloud-native development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the full stack. Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
