Join ALLO Communications as a Product Champion, where you will advocate for specific product lines and drive improvements based on customer feedback and market needs. In this impactful role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help shape the direction of ALLO’s product portfolio and contribute to our ongoing success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Advocacy and Development:
- Advocate for specific product lines, focusing on day-to-day product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Execute product enhancements and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide strategic input to Senior Product Champions and support in managing product-related initiatives.
Customer Engagement and Market Analysis:
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights, address concerns, and promote product features and benefits.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape to identify trends and inform product enhancements.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine product offerings and align them with market demands and customer expectations.
Support and Collaboration:
- Support go-to-market activities, working closely with Product Strategy Managers and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Collaborate with Senior Product Champions to align product execution with strategic goals and market needs.
- Coordinate with Product Support roles to assist with research, project tasks, and other assignments related to product development and enhancement.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor product performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and usage rates, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Identify opportunities for product optimization, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to improve overall performance.
EDUCATION:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related engineering field.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience in product management, product support, or related roles, with a focus on customer engagement and product development.
- Proven ability to advocate for products, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute product enhancements and support product strategy.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer interaction and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for driving product improvements and delivering value to customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
