Business Account Managers support our accelerated growth and help us sell our innovative Fiber Optic, Cloud Based Phone Systems, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services to new and existing customers. This is a very crucial role for ALLO's growth and core value to offer world class products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES :
In this role, you'll be responsible for :
- Developing and executing prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new leads
- Nurturing and closing leads through the sales process
- Providing excellent customer service and support to your base of existing accounts
- Upselling current accounts with new innovative products and renewing existing contracts
- Face to face meetings with clients for sales and installs

To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. From simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences, business sales executives must be sure to keep their customers happy. Of course, as with all office jobs, documentation is also a big part of the work.
