What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Account Executive position at ALLO Fiber?
As a Business Account Executive, you will have a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our business, the growth of our customer base, and the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will revolve around promoting and selling our: innovative Fiber Optic Internet, Fiber TV, Cloud Based Phone Systems, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services to new and existing customers. You will be selling to business customer within your designated network area. Your mission is to generate new leads, foster robust customer relationships, and ensure unwavering satisfaction throughout the sales process.
You must be a highly motivated self-starter, not afraid to cold call, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to provide a demonstrable record of outside business to business sales.
Base salary plus uncapped commission!
Responsibilities
- You will demonstrate excellence in all aspects of business to business sales development.

- Consistently drives the organization to exceed sales and revenue targets for the business sales division
- Actively prospect and generate leads for new business sales opportunities in the assigned network area
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand customers' requirements to tailor the best solutions for their specific needs
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ALLO and generate leads
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- College Degree (preferred)
- 3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience driving business growth in an outside business to business sales environment.
- Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
