What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Allocated Wine & Spirits?
We are a small, but growing wine and spirits distributor, specializing in small production, high quality wine and spirits. Currently supplying restaurants, shops and country clubs throughout Central and South Florida, we are looking to bring on a full-time administrative assistant, who is enthusiastic and enjoys their work, while at the same time expanding with an up and coming company.
Responsibilities
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Order Entry and verification
- Handle Sales Consultant related inquiries
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties as needed
- Accounts Payable/Account Receivable duties
- Updating website as necessary - WPEngine
- Monthly Inventory and Excise Tax
- Update Budget and Financials
- Run Payroll and Commission Payments
Qualifications
- Are you Quickbooks savvy
- Are you a team player with an upbeat personality
- Do have organizational skills and dedication to complete projects in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
