This person is responsible for overseeing all tasks relevant to the program, including integration and third-party tasks, and ensuring they are completed on time and with quality. This person manages tasks that cross different teams, creates and communicates status, and escalates as appropriate. The Technical Product Manager handles advanced programs and has more autonomy. What You'll Do:
- Lead teams todeliver quality solutions on schedule
- Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and Scrum framework
- Plan and conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and priorities
- Remove impediments to team progress and maintain productivity
- Track sprint metrics and report on performance to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related Agile certifications preferred
- Hands-on experience facilitating Agile development teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with federal compliance or financial service environments is a plus
- Must be a US Citizen willing/able to get a government clearance
- Must be able to work in the DC and/or Mechanicsburg Office at least 3 daysa week
