YOUR PROJECTS & MISSIONS
- You identify the best sales targets and gather key lead information to craft the most efficient way to approach and convince them ( builders, developers, GC's, architects, engineers etc)
- Get on bid lists for projects to get specified or offer VE options for spec'd plumbing fixtures
- Responsible for winning new accounts, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional service to all active and prospective customers
- Prospect, cold call and establish a list of target accounts by using all available internal and external resources.
- Develop a daily schedule of productive activity from creative sources and qualified leads
- Targeting Hospitality and Multifamily industry
- This is NOT for telemarketing

Requirements:
- A history of working with B2B customers from start to finish in a long order management cycle
- Need to have a Go-getter attitude and persistency to build accounts with follow throughs
- Visit customers with company provided vehicle
- Excellent communication skills a must as you will pick up the phone and communicate with customers directly
- Quality not quantity!- Not looking for a telemarketer to make 100 calls a day with no results
- Provide highly professional, passionate and proactive customer service/account management
- Have strong history of effective negotiating skills
- Have a structured and independent way of thinking.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Competency in Google Calendar, Google Drive and Hubspot
- Manages their own daily priorities and responsibilities to meet deadlines, company priorities and perform duties independently throughout the day
- · Related plumbing industries including Distribution or Manufacturers, as well as Plumbing or Construction background ( PREFERRED )
- B2B sales experience for 2 years.
- Hubspot Experience ( or similar CRM )
