Your Role as a UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, your job will be to help us deliver these AI solutions in a way that is intuitive, clear, and easy to use, as well as visually pleasing. Beyond aesthetics, the real value you bring is in creating clarity, order, and ease of use in everything we design.

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases good user interactions, intuitive experiences, and designs that are both easy to use and delightful to the user. The ideal candidate will also have an equal interest in visual aesthetics and web development technologies, ensuring that their designs are both beautiful and technically feasible.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies, exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and interface design.

Must-have qualifications

• Design and refine software interfaces and applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics.

• Collaborate with a software architect to map out their logic vision for an interaction and translate it into a series of software screens in a flow diagram that illustrates how users progress through the software.

• Visualize how different user groups will interact with an interface, leveraging experience with other tools to reuse effective UI patterns while designing new ones when necessary.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.

• Ensure consistency across all digital products by following brand guidelines and best UX practices.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide necessary assets.

• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

• Strong experience in Figma is a must for this role.

• Experience designing software interfaces and applications in other tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.

• Ability to collaborate with a software architect to translate logic into an intuitive user flow.

• Strong understanding of user behavior and the ability to apply effective UI patterns from experience.

• Strong grasp of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.

• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and industry experience, including those outside the tech space.

• Must be a team-player and work well with others.

Note: This position is only open to applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the U.S.

Preferred qualifications

• Front-end development experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript to collaborate with developers.

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for additional design work.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design workflows.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

• Experience building and maintaining websites in tools like WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Episerver, and custom-built CMS and HTML/CSS configurations.

• Experience experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies and exploring how AI can be leveraged in UX/UI design.
