About The Role
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Co-op to help with the development of sub-systems and testing. Strong communication, flexibility, and the desire to "wear many hats" will all be essential skills for any successful applicant. You will be expected to teach yourself new skills and apply them to complete your tasks and projects, but you will receive guidance and mentorship along the way.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and operate test fixtures
- Sub-system level analysis, design, and assembly
- Document design decisions and test results quickly and effectively
- Develop, document, and execute mechanical test methods
- CAD modeling, tolerance analyses, and 2D drawings
- Use Alloy's hardware and software to build customer parts
- Create tickets, provide feedback, and debug software, process, and hardware issues

This position will require access to information subject to control under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR").
