Our growing family-owned company, with over 68 years of experience and five national locations, is looking for a full-time Corporate Buyer. As our Corporate Buyer, you will manage ocean, air, and customs brokerage activities, requiring a strong understanding of customer / vendor service and excellent organizational supply chain skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage ocean, air, and customs brokerage activities.
Collaborate with the Sales team to manage inventory and ensure timely, cost-effective order fulfillment.
Develop the ability to forecast and plan purchases and inventory levels using data.
Coordinate with distribution centers regarding container flow and available space.
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to achieve company goals and maintain high-quality customer service.
Additional Duties :
Develop systematic communication lines with national and global suppliers.
Create, run, and review reports, providing management with data-driven recommendations.
Foster a positive company culture and effective work environment.
Recognize team accomplishments and motivate them to achieve goals.
Skills and Qualifications :
Effective communication skills with the ability to problem-solve vendor-related issues.
Ability to build rapport with vendors and provide excellent service.
