Our Maryville, TN distribution center is looking for a Sales Admin. As a Sales Admin you will be assisting the sales staff with customer communications, order entry, maintaining product pricing, and assisting with inventory management. You will be part of a growing Team!
We have high customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries with a friendly professional demeanor, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will be:
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Maintaining in-stock inventory for customer needs
- Using Excel, Word, and Microsoft applications every day
- Multi-tasking and practicing attention to detail
- Working as a member of a growing team
- Problem-solving
- Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner
- Having a positive and professional demeanor
Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus!

Skills needed:
- 2 years of customer support experience
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer
- Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and professional demeanor
