YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY: Personal Trainer / Coach will be an instrumental part of the studio leading customized workout plans and focused on building relationships with clients.
As a Personal Trainer / Coach you'll spend roughly 20 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions (4-6 people). Sales will be led by the Director of Training and Head Coach. Personal Trainers play an important role in Client Retention.
Unlike other companies, you'll have direct incentives that compensate you based on studio performance. Overall, the hours will be somewhat flexible based on business needs and the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead small groups (4-6 people) in Personal Training Sessions at 1 hour intervals
- Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together”
- Deliver premium client engagement: Goal setting, relationship building, accountability sessions.
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Training and Head Coach
- Attend weekly team meetings.
- Demonstrates grit and perseverance: Shows a strong determination to overcome
- Other duties as assigned
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience preferred
- Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM,ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
- Experience in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club highly preferred
- Small group fitness training of 2 or more individuals
- Desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
- Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
- Ability to coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Evening and Weekend Hours availability
