Alloy Personal Training is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. STUDIO LOCATION: Alloy West Arvada, 14807 W. 64th Ave, Suite A, Arvada, CO 80007
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy
- Facilitate small group personal training sessions (4-6 people/session) following Alloy’s methodologies and best practices while ensuring proper technique and safety
- Implement corrective exercises, modifications, and restrictions tailored to each client
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness to promote healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates clients
- Be a champion for the culture of our studio: create an Alloy community of support and accountability where we are #StrongerTogether
- Load all client information in the Alloy Trainerize app for all small group training sessions on your schedule before the shift begins
- Set up equipment needed for daily workout
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings
- At the end of the morning and evening shifts, complete the tasks listed on the closing checklist
- Record all workouts and appropriate notes regarding each client and their visit in the Alloy app
- Occasionally, attend marketing events and support in Alloy marketing/sales efforts
- Support in creating content for our organic social media channels
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions OR 2-5 years experience as a physical therapy student or professional
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science OR DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Highly responsible individual with strong accountability
- Ability to coach all fitness levels
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients, strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to maintain high energy and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organization
- Punctual and excellent time management
- Team-player, collaborative
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Computer literacy
- Schedule: available 10-15 hours per week: available Monday mornings and for late afternoons per week 4PM-7PM.

COMPENSATION: $25-$30/Hour based on experience level
