Alloy Personal Training is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. Based on its 30 years in business, Alloy created an effective approach to delivering personal training in small groups (4-6 people), with a focus on strength and resistance training for clients ages 40 . As a Personal Trainer at our Alloy studio in Parker, Colorado on Twenty Mile Road, you will play a vital role in motivating and guiding clients towards achieving their health goals while delivering best-in-class personal training programs.
STUDIO LOCATION: 11280 S. Twenty Mile Road, Parker Co 80134
COMPENSATION: $23-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate small group personal training sessions (4-6 people/session)
Implement corrective exercises, modifications, and restrictions tailored to each client
Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness to promote healthy lifestyle choices
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates clients
Record all workouts and appropriate notes regarding each client and their visit in the Alloy app (Trainerize)
Send motivational messages to clients at the conclusion of a session
Set up equipment needed for daily workout
Attend all scheduled team Trainer meetings
At the end of the morning and evening shifts, complete the tasks listed on the closing checklist
Occasionally, attend marketing events and support in Alloy marketing/sales efforts
Support in creating content for our organic social media channels
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions
Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
Ability to coach all fitness levels
Strong ability to build rapport with clients, strong interpersonal skills
Passion for health and fitness
Ability to maintain high energy and positive attitude
Excellent communication and organization
Punctual and excellent time management
Team-player, collaborative
CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Computer literacy
SCHEDULE
Part-Time. We are seeking coverage for 5:30AM-930AM & 3:30PM-7:30PM during the week and/or every other Saturday morning.
