We are seeking an enthusiastic, and sales focused Director of Training to launch and grow our studio in Denver. About the Opportunity
As the Director you will be the face of the studio; leading the team members, building a supportive and enthusiastic community of health conscious individuals, and leading membership sales. You will need to take a proactive approach, making sales calls, leading marketing initiatives, and connecting with clients. We will be opening this summer and this is an amazing opportunity to help build a studio from the beginning.

Responsibilities
- Act as the studio’s primary representative, networking with local businesses and organizations
- Organize and lead community and local events to introduce the studio to the community and attract new clients
- Collaborate with ownership to set competitive revenue goals and creative strategic plans to achieve those goals
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring prospects become loyal members
- Foster a strong relationship with clients by connecting and communicating with them on a regular basis
- Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy.
- Recruit, train and mentor team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Lead all team member meetings.
- Perform all Starting Point sessions and follow the sales system outlined for the appointment (includes follow-up).
- Train 10 hours a week, operate the business 30 hours a week - may be adjusted depending on the needs of the business.
- Record and maintain client info in the Alloy app.
- Follow the sales process for all trial clients.
- Review all weekly template workouts with the trainers.
- Track leads, booking, show rate, close and attrition metrics using Mindbody.
- Professionally handle client feedback, resolving issues with lasting solutions
- Conduct accountability sessions as needed and correspond with the proper follow-up.
- Oversee all general operations of the studio including opening/closing procedures, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Oversee internal and external marketing activities, including maintaining Social Media presence and monitoring local digital marketing campaigns.
- Schedule team members.
- Perform quarterly employee evaluations.
- Assist in planning and executing on local events to help promote the studio.
Qualifications
- Good business acumen
- Management experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- NASM/ACE/ISSA/NSCA Certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
- Bonus potential based on a percentage of revenue
- Total compensation potential $100,000
