What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Membership Sales Rep position at Alloy Personal Training?
We are seeking a Fitness Membership Sales Rep to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling gym memberships for at least one of our new gym locations. This could expand to two or more locations for 2025. This is a job which can be done from home.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to understand our culture rapidly and communicate it to member prospects
- Explain gym membership features and benefits clearly
- Data entry of new client information in our database
- Receive payment details for new gym memberships
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales
- Ability to close sales efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong communication skills on the phone
- The ability to create agreement
- Clearly state and reach intended goals daily
- A caring, ethical, professional and helpful attitude towards others
We offer a base salary with commissions, as well as, bonuses for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance which exceeds management expectations.
