Responsibilities:
Personnel Issues:
- Staffing – work with the Director of Training with staffing issues including hiring and dismissal of training staff.
- Timesheet - ensure training staff is clocking in and clocking out using MindBody
- Training Schedules - ensure member appointments are accurately input into MindBody
- Training of Staff – ensure proper certification and best practices are being followed with training staff.
- Facility Cleaning Schedule - Ensure training facilities are cleaned and well maintained.
Assessments/New Members/Current Members:
- Set Up/Conduct New Member Assessments using FMS and Inbody Scans.
- New Member Set Up in Systems – Ops/MindBody/Trainerize. Keep track of reporting and KPIs
- Manage membership and account information including cancellations, pausing upgrading/downgrading memberships
Communication with Members:
- In-Body Week – email to active members monthly.
- Mass texts as needed – Communicate with members about upcoming holidays, closings, special events.
- Trainer to member follow-up emails, phone calls, monthly.
- Expand value of membership – nutrition advice, daily habits, weekend workout, staying active and social media tips
Social Promotion and Quarterly Promotions:
- Member Milestones Monday - take photos of members Milestone workout and Upload to marketing folder.
- In-Body Week - Ensure members are taking Inbody scans weekly. Using data, prescribe appropriate changes to their diet/intensity using SMART goals.
- Frequent Sweaters – Ensure client recognition board is updated monthly.
- Supplement of the Month - Promote and sell featured supplements.
- Ensure we are ready for quarterly Alloy promotions – communications, posters, prizes - stay on top of marketing promotions for the upcoming quarter. Communicate with the Director of Training and Marketing team to ensure all content is uploaded and promotional events run smoothly.
Facility Upkeep:
- Stocking of Supplies - routinely update inventory needs for facility.
- Cleanliness of Equipment - ensure cleanliness of equipment is met according to weekly and monthly cleaning schedule. Conducting deep cleaning once per month.
- Cleanliness of Facility - ensure cleanliness of equipment is met according to weekly and monthly cleaning schedule.
- Equipment Replacement (as needed) - submit requests for equipment replacement to the Director of Training..
Qualifications:
- Strong background in personal training
- Knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, program design, sports coaching, and anatomy
- Experience in group fitness and physical education
- Proven track record in fitness sales
- Sales experience is a plus
- Relevant certifications in personal training or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
