We are seeking a highly motivated leader for our team at Alloy Personal Training at our BRAND NEW location in Austin, TX.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: The ideal match will coach between 10-20 hours per week. You'll be leading our team in sessions. The perfect match will have on-the-floor skills and will be able to do SOME selling, grassroots campaigns and community events.

YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY.
As a Coach, you'll spend roughly 10 -20 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions in our studio. The rest of your hours will be spent on sales, retention and staff training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate small group personal training sessions with great technical coaching and connecting with clients to create a best-in-class training experience
- Assist Fitness Director with community-building, local organic marketing, and turning prospects into members
- Other duties as assigned
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
- AT LEAST 2 years of experience as a personal trainer or conducting small group training sessions
- Experience in presales or other applicable fitness-related sales
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Evening and weekends hours are required
