Key Responsibilities :

Client Meetings & Closing

  • Conduct 5-8 pre-scheduled appointments per week (increasing over time).
  • Present tailored financial plans focused on AUM, managed money, and annuities.
  • Confidently ask for business, handle objections, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Guide clients through asset transitions and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Retirement Planning & Wealth Management

  • Advise on wealth preservation, retirement income, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Execute rollovers, transfers, and transitions into managed accounts and annuity solutions.
  • Provide expertise on Social Security optimization, market conditions, and risk management.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Maintain high client retention through exceptional service.
  • Participate in client workshops, seminars, and events.
  • Foster long-term relationships and drive referrals from satisfied clients.
  • Compliance & Professional Development

  • Maintain active Life Insurance and Series 65 licenses (or equivalent).
  • Follow fiduciary standards and firm’s proven sales processes.
  • Stay informed on financial products, markets, and regulatory updates.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Life Insurance License & Series 65 (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated success in closing financial planning business.
  • Strong understanding of AUM strategies, annuities, and fee-based financial planning.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in RIA firms, fee-based planning, or annuity / insurance sales.
  • High-volume advisory experience with pre-set appointments.
  • Familiarity with tax-efficient retirement strategies.
