Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We seek a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at Wheel Collision Center, a leading distributor of remanufactured wheels. This position involves assisting with the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing tires and wheels to customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of wheels.
• Ensure products are properly stored and organized in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies.

Compensation: -

• Hourly wage: $16-$20 per hour
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in the tire or automotive industry.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking.
• Forklift certification is preferred (training can be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
