Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists of Louisville is experiencing tremendous growth and looking for an aggressive self-starter to join our team. This role will provide the right individual with great earning potential and the opportunity to work for a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry. Our primary goal is to complete customer satisfaction for auto dealerships, collision shops, tire stores, major insurance companies and retail customers. We specialize in curb rash repair, wheel straightening and powder coating. We also offer OEM replacement wheels and weld repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of automotive paint experience
- Close attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, sand, mask, blend, prep, and properly mix paints
- Maintain spray equipment to meet operational standards
- Keep equipment and working area clean, stocked and organized
- Ability to mount and balance tires is a plus
- Physical stamina, ability to lift 50lbs throughout the day and stand for extended periods of time
- Maintain a high level of quality workmanship
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
BENEFITS
- 6 weeks paid on-the-job training ($20-$25/hr) then transition to commission-based pay

Commission yearly income potential, $50k to $91k. The more aggressive and efficient worker will make more money.
