Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns and answering questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within electronic health systems.
• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and medical histories.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the medical office or clinic environment.
• Support the healthcare team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Medical Assistant: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
• BLS - AHA (Required)
