Seeking Dental Front Office for office in San Marcos, CA - $28-33 per hour benefits!

We're looking for a professional but friendly individual with excellent communication skills to fill the Dental Front Office position. The ideal candidate should have work experience in a dental office, and be efficient in multi-tasking and working together with other team members to ensure that the dental office runs smoothly. Experience working in the back of office is a plus but it is not required.

Schedule : Full Time

  • Monday - Wednesday : 8 : 30AM - 5PM
  • Thursday : 7 : 30AM - 4PM
  • Friday : 8 : 00AM - 1PM

Compensation :

  • 28-33 per hour
  • 401K (after 1 year)

    • Dental Front Office Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Greetings to all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Checking in and checking outpatients
  • Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
  • Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements with patients
  • Submitting claims electronically to insurance companies for reimbursement
